How can you possibly make a tier list like this, and miss arguably the best sword in the game? Did you forget to do your sidequests? Tier 4 Sword of Sir Valentine does more damage than any other one-handed weapon in the game. With the buffs to one handed weapons, I'm fairly certain it does more damage than even Radzig Kobylas sword at tier 4.
