1 word for me: Oshawott. He's NEVER used in battle, he NEVER evolves & the worst thing about him: His comic relief just makes him SO UNFUNNY & SO UNBEARABLE! Look, ones like Aipom also have their reasons for being weak, BUT THAT'S NO EXCUSE FOR THEM TO BE HIGHER THAN OSHAWOTT! NO EXCUSE AT ALL!

There's just 1 thing missing from this list: Ether The TRIUMPHANT & PERMANENT Return of Team Ash & Co to once more being Main Lead Stars of The TV Show, back on THEIR RIGHTFUL THRONES once again, & The Subsequent PERMANENT Termination of The Explorers & The Rising Volt Tacklers or A PERMANENT Team Ash & Co Spin-Off TV Show.
