Alongside Dakota's comment, there's also the fact that the story narrative shifted from "this is how I became the greatest hero" to "this is how we ALL became the greatest HEROES" at the end of Season 6.

I'm just going to completely dismantle your example real quick...
1. Superman and Deku are NOT the same person, and NEITHER are their opponents.
2. Superman giving up his powers would NOT suddenly change Darkseid into a good person, especially since he only really fights Darkseid's avatars.
3. Darkseid is an Eldritch Deity, not a kid who had his real quirk swapped out for Decay as a baby, abused by his father for liking heroes, killed his own family accidentally when his quirk activated for the VERY first time, got groomed by the self-proclaimed Demon King, or was used by said Demon King as a puppet.
4. Quirks =/= Kryptonian power. Unlike OFA, you can't just give away your power to someone whenever you feel like. You either need a REALLY niche ability or a REALLY niche plot device to do it for you.
5. Deku gets praised for it because of how it's executed, fits the THEMES of the series, is a great ending to the feud between OFA and AFO, shows the lengths he'll go to just to save a kid he saw crying, and shows that the world still cares for him while at his weakest.
Just because it was predictable that he would give up OFA doesn't mean anything when the way it was executed was so good. And you may say there are thousands of ways to tell the story, yet provided NONE of them. And while Deku may not be a good character to YOU, he most certainly was to everyone else who ACTUALLY enjoys MHA as a series.

Why, so you could make fun of him?

The world is safer but that doesn't mean the world IS safe. Sure, there are less crimes, but accidents and criminal activity is STILL around. And considering the fact that most heroes have a suit now (though prolly not as advanced as Deku's), I severely doubt it's as much of a burden as you're trying to imply. ESPECIALLY since he's collecting data for the supplier of the Suit, which probably reduces the costs of it for him. Also, those final two sentences are straight lies if you got to the late-game of MHA.

He is still quirkless, but with a suit
