Not only that, all the UB sets have done this. The LotR set was bursting with lore and references, baked into card design. So have others.

Don't buy gamepass to play this game.

Buy it to play all the games it offers. I bought it originally to play Back 4 Blood, and boy was I glad I didn't buy the game. Since then, not a single month has gone by where I didn't have a gamepass game on my pc.

I'm not shilling for Microsoft here, but the Xbox app with the gamepass is a daily driver on my system, along with Epic and Steam.

As for Clair Obscur, it's an instant classic. We've had an absolute ton of trash AAA shoved down our throats over the past few years. Games like this remind me why I love games.

Most people experienced good performance in the beta and benchmarking tool... The main difference is Denuvo has it's claws wrapped around the.exe on release. Yet again, this incredibly invasive and heavy anti-piracy tool is harming the experience of paying customers to protect a small loss from people who wouldn't be buying the game anyway. The fact the game has multiplayer is usually enough to ensure casual pirates don't get the full experience, but Capcom decided to drop $200k+ to ruin their own game for us anyway.

Others have suggested the high resolution texture pack and nvidia reflex also share some blame, so it's worth turning these off to see if it helps in your game. I've had an okay experience with my 1440p setup, just issues with microstuttering and slow texture streaming.

Hopefully they can fix these issues soon, as it seems all the engagement on socmed has been complaining about the awful optimisation.

Blizzard made these altars harder to get than mythic rares this season. I've already had 1 mythic + 3 sparks, leveled to 240+ and am yet to see a single one even after using about 6 potions and farming dungeons/pit to get one to spawn. Even fter their patch, which raises the chance to 6% in torment 4, still nothing.

What an odd comparison.

Veilguard had no chance of a win. Not because it was review bombed but because overall, it's a bland and medicine game full of issues and an AI written script.

It reminds me of the old Zelda games on the CDI. "Link mah boiiiii". And here we have the defensive reaction from another journalist who is both virtue signing and probably paid for to be positive about the game.

The Last of Us. Horizon forbidden West. Two incredibly successful games that were able to use LGBT+ characters correctly. Veilguard isn't in that list.
