I've let it slide because I've more goodwill towards From than any other games company, but it really sucks not to be able to play my deluxe preorder in the way it was intended because of a type of network problem that is uncommon in modern games.

I love the game, and have a whale of a time whenever I'm able to actually play, but matchmaking is almost impossible if your ISP doesn't offer a static IP as a service, essentially locking you out of multiplayer in a multiplayer-focused title. I wonder how much retention is affected by unresolved network issues.
