 even th emedia has called dekua legendary man andthat hes inspired amny even after losing his quirk and now that hes back i nactio nhis ranking as a hero has shot up to number 4 and bakugo who yes dropped yet agian down to 15 has smh risen back to 5 cuause of hisrivlary with deku being rejuvenated now the new to p5 ehroes are 1) mirio 2) shoto 3) mt lady 4) deku 5) bakugo, it seems sure the so called 4 and 5 are abvoe 3 in strength but 3 has solved more cases over the past 8 years and has definitely got morep opularity than bakugo and more cases solved than dkeu even if dekus is one tremendous cas the sky rocketed him into 4 afte rbeign ianctive for 8 years or 10 years whichever it is, soo nenough it is stated that their hot on mt ladys heels and i see deku beign able to rise to 3 due his personality and the fac t he'll solve plenty of cases but bakugo could he rly rise past 5 tbh sure he may solve cases but his personality is still an issue i think he might js stay at 5

Omega true even if he is probably the 4th most powerful hero ofthe current generation there is quite a large difference between power and actual hero ranking, which is affected not only by power but ahcievements, persoanlity, behaviour, etc
