Philemonpersing

The Water Prison takes place in Toluca Lake, which is in Silent Hill. Also the Wish House Orphanage which is in the woods on the outskirts of Silent Hill. It is also linked to Silent Hill insofar as it shares characters and and a storyline associated with the previous games. It was made as a separate game first then written in as a Silent Hill game, but to say it has nothing to do with it is a bit of a stretch.
