The Holy knights have been shown to be weak. They rely on immortality which makes them weak against strong opponents. Luffy mid-difs them. He will instinctively learn to deal with their immortality because he has Conquerors Haki.

The writer is close to being correct here, but Kaido's statement doesnt confirm Rogers has the strongest Haki, it only confirms that Rogers had strong haki while not having a devil fruit.

Rocks very well might have stronger Haki thab Rogers with the addition of a devil fruit which wouldnt change Kaido's statement.

Roger was weaker, hence why he lost to Rocks prior to God Valley. God Valley was peak Roger despite what this article says. It took multiple people to take down Rocks. Not to mention Garp of all people.
