ATTENTION IF YOU’RE PLAYING ON NG+!

They switch up 1 memo in NG+, and if you miss it you can’t get the achievement. In NG+, you need to make sure you click on the contents of the safe you can unlock in the Bowling Alley TWICE, in order to grab the “Cryptic Message” memo that’s sitting under the key. This takes the place of the “Lost and Found” memo from the Hotel, which is replaced with a book in NG+.

This article does not mention this unfortunately, as I just learned the hard way.
