Rare Candy probably wouldn't entirely replace Stage 1s, just reduce from 2 to 1. Having at least 1 stage 1 makes it so if you don't draw Candy, your stage 2s aren't entirely dead draws.
Tori was the first female blue ranger in Power Rangers, but Super Sentai had a few well before her, though most of those series were too outdated to be adapted, and had Saban went with Jetranger instead of Zyuranger to make Power Rangers we would've had a female as our first Blue Ranger.
