I'm glad they are maintaining a pulse with addressing community concerns, but what they really need to do is roll out a character correctly the first time.

Freyna skirted by, but Ines being nerfed is just the start. Serena was severely over-tuned at release and she's likely next. Player expectations are naturally going to get crossed if they keep tweaking based on community use of builds.

I don't understand how they have all this time to QA a character, with all the mods, guns, and content at developer disposal, and they still overlook clear flaws with balance given what content creators post about; the next meta.
