This will cover many games that have similar setups. This will not stop with Pocketpair and Palworld. They had to go the patent way, because so many game parts can't be copywritten. So now with an accelerated patent and the money for high priced attorneys. Nintendo will be able to wipe out a whole genre of games in on motion. Which is very sad. They should remember what it is like to be the small dev and company.

This is a PS5 only game (as of right now). When people are spouting off about numbers. There are other games that have set records sales this year. This may be sony's newest trend, but without PC sales it may be in contention for GOTY, but it won't get it. I don't see sony letting loose of this one for a while on another platform.
