Why?! No!! Stop chasing fads! This trend has run its course. Do something unique like an escape mode, but this malignant fad chasing is absolutely abhorrent. They had the perfect builds in BF3/4 and then they started chasing others ideas. Just stick to what you know how to do. Make a solid game with no specialists, base classes, exceptional gameplay loops and gunplay, server selection, custom gameplay sessions, and big maps. Simplify the UI, add a hardcore mode, etc. That’s what people want. Do NOT chase the fads.
