I'm with Samantha on this one. CEOs are free to try and see if this works but the customer (i.e gamers) are increasingly disliking the use of generative AI in games and other media. If you annoy the customers then you have no product. Larian is one of the few studios that understands if you please the players then they'll pay good money for the game. Skyrim is not far off 20 years old and it's going strong with a big modding community, BG3 doesn't look to slow down any time soon and will likely continue for a decade or more. AI games will never achieve that level of success.
