Why is Oda saying she'd be from Sweden random? Luffy would be from Brazil, Sanji from France, Zorro from Japan, Brook from Austria, Robin from Russia, Chopper from Canada, Franky from America, and the one that actually IS incredibly random is Oda saying Usopp would just be "African" like the whole continent.

Only devil fruit I can think of where you don't need to eat is Admiral Ryukyogyu's Woods Woods Fruit and that's entirely because he can use photosynthesis.

Admiral Aokiji uses ice powers and can use them to freeze water but he's still bound to the effects of water if he gets submerged.

You can't swim no matter what. The only devil fruit that gives you any ability to swim is the Swim Swim Fruit and that only let's you swim in the ground. There are no fish fruits or fruits that are based on animals that live in the water. Not to mention the only characters who are shown to be able to even breathe underwater while having a devil fruit are characters who are Fishman or part Fishman and even then they're completely paralyzed underwater. It's also any kind of liquid if it goes past a certain point on the body, not just water.
