See AllSubnautica 2 Publisher Commits to Being an 'AI-First' Company
Got it so Krafton is gone. It's sad so many companies are run by out of touch CEOs who make decisions and statements no sane person would but a greedy fraud? Also we don't have agentic AI, and likely won't really, ever as AI is not what they promised us and literally incapable of thinking like they claimed it would. AI is a moron repeater that can be easily manipulated.
Krafton Suddenly Removes Entire Subnautica 2 Leadership Team
Changing the folk when it seemed near ready to hit Early Access feels fishy, especially seeing the delay to 2026 allows Krafton to defer bonuses expected if released this year. For now it means a removal from my steam wishlist, as I'd like to know more before buying it regardless now, as game's wrapped up in too much controversy, usually produce us a sub-par game. Sub Nautica was a great game and only lacked co-op native, so we expect a lot from a sequel and at the moment, this news makes the sequel feel questionable at best.
7 Best John Romero Games
So strange seeing so many articles about John Romero when John Carmack did so much more for all these games, even firing Romero during quake production because he kept playing doom.
I'll give you that Romero was deeply involved with doom but never escaped it and anything he released alone, like Daikatana, was utter trash and not well received. As someone who grew up in doom, quake in highschool and working for GameSpy during that time, Romero was seen as a joke, needing idsoftware to produce a decent game. Most of us assumed Romero was not a gifted person as he has still done nothing since his days at id except it appears pay for people to write articles about him for no discernable reason. I think you could swap Romero for Carmack and the article would make more sense.
