I have complaints about Genshin but it is still a very impressive game. It's incredible the amount of content (new stories, events, characters, audio, maps etc) they create each year. At the beginning people complained there was little to do but now they complain there's too much to do. Honestly you can see a lot of love goes into the game and I can understand what it's like to work super hard on something for a community only to hear really toxic comments. Negative feedback is fine but some people go too far and it's just demoralizing. 99% of the people that work on Genshin aren't super rich, they get an ordinary wage. The shareholders and top execs make the big money and most of the bad decisions come from them but we should be somewhat respectful to the teams of developers, artists and musicians that work on the game or any game really. So complain but give constructive feedback rather than insults.
