They provide this free of charge, yet don't allow the guild to change leadership after the owner has passed. My guild that I've been in since Wrath has nobody in the ranks that can take over a guild, and the leader and his wife both died about 10 years ago. It's just been my wife and me, and recently our sons in the guild. We don't want to make a new one for sentimental reasons, but we can't make any changes because the GMs refuse to transfer ownership.
