Prison of elders the actual activity wasn’t introduced in the forsaken expansion. Prison of elders was a mode released with the house of wolves expansion on destiny 1. The forsaken expansion saw us return to prison of elders but only in gameplay missions. Prison of elders the game mode itself has never been in destiny 2, only destiny
