It definitely should be on the list with its sequel. It was a good story, and Forbidden West is a great game for story and game play. I see the echo chamber of haters always saying it's too linear...as if that's not how story telling works...connecting the dots of what happened to the world is absolutely an immersive and engrossing ride through the story. It's sad that the criticism of games tends to come from players whose idea of accomplishment is finding an way to get through hours of story telling and side quest story telling in less than 30 minutes.

Ranking, among other kinds of posts, are what make me most want to part ways with nerd/geek culture. There is no objective measure for "best" in fiction. Ranking is for angry little minds who hate that their favorite isn't everyone's favorite. Stop making geek culture, so unsexxy.
