"InZOI is still in early access, and it’s likely that it will continue in this stage for a while."

They charged $40 for a game that's not even close to completion (compare $53 in today's dollars for the Sims 4 complete base game in 2014). It will definitely continue in early access "for awhile." As in forever. It's so barebones, I'd call it a proof of concept demo, not even close to a real game right now. To have charged that much, they're going with a take the money and run approach, stealing a play from Life By You.

This game will never be made. For anyone considering playing it, just wait. There are better character creators and world builders out right now all over the place, there's 0 reason to invest $40 in a game this shoddy and incomplete.

When they actually get serious about offering a game, buy it.

The Sims 4 is an 11 year-old game. You can't really compare these two. At its peak, Sims 4 is still pulling in 52,000 concurrent players, which is remarkable for a game that's over a decade old. So the inZOI numbers aren't that impressive, and three days after release, it's not even the #1 simulator on Steam, which suggests there's not very much gameplay.

We're 3 days in at the moment, and concurrent players have dropped dramatically, almost a 4th of the people who wasted their money on it have fallen off. From 87,000 at its peak to 25,000-ish at the moment. That suggests a whole lot of people have been suckered.

Current inZOI in-game: 25,480

Current Sims 4 in-game: 22,687

That's razor close and says a whole lot about whether you should invest in the demo. There's only 2,793 more people playing inZOI 3 days into things, compared to the Sims 4 in-game stats a good 4,015 days later. My feeling is this company is trying to rip a lot of people off. Their "early access" is insultingly empty.

It plays like a free demo and has very little gameplay. Considering the full version of Sims 4 on initial release was only $53 in today's dollars, it's a red flag that they charged $40 for this in its current state.

The "early release" looks like proof of concept, not a real game. It will be another Life By You, but there's a sucker born every minute.

You've got to have a robot writing your stories to put a show like Narcos at #1 over The Sopranos. TV Guide and Rolling Stone both have that show at #1. Even if Sopranos dropped a few slots, it wouldn' t be to a show like Narcos lol Your AI must really love Narcos for some reason. It doesn't appear on any top 100 lists from any reputable outlet, is rated lower than the shows you put it above, and it was cancelled after three seasons. Are you broken? It's not even that fondly remembered by its fans.
