I'm sorry but have you actually watched hunter x hunter like hisoka literally has fan service shots like the shower one and the times where he gets excited over gon id say that is fan service. And I'm sure when feitan uses that ability in the chimera ant arc that's fan service no cause they zoom in on him top less. Fan service isn't just about girls guys get fan service too
