This is utterly ridiculous these changes are much needed and are coming because of the annoyance and trolling of players playing DPS Jeff and refusing to heal cause they're to brain dead to learn a real DPS character. Im a Rocket main and every Rocket main took the nerfs to his Dash in stride we didn't lose our minds over it we got annoyed complained and moved on which is what Jeff players should learn to do.
