Jimmy R They've teased a remake on and off so there's still a slight chance it could get one hopefully. It was a really fun 60s spin on the spy genre.

We'd all love to just see the game get released without all the bugs and half-baked ideas that most games suffer from on release nowadays. If they can do that, they'll be ahead of every other studio out there.

Bethesda has quietly given up on the game. They see how badly it failed and know that it's going to take years and tens of millions to fix it and it's not selling enough at this point to justify that kind of expense at this point.

Doubtful they'll ever to a PS5 Pro patch. They've moved on to more like important stuff at this point. Any patched we get now are going to be minor cosmetic things and if we're lucky a few new missions.

By having an outside studio do the updates, CDPR has kept to their word that THEY are done with Cyberpunk 2077. They never said a separate studio wouldn't be doing more content updates.

Unfortunately it still has a lot it do before it's ready to be moved to the 1.0 status and PocketPair so far hasn't been known for the speed of it's updates. If they want to secure their place as the best monster catching game, they need to start moving a lot faster with context updates.

I remember the original game, it was pretty good and a good balance to Rift at the time. Maybe once they've ironed out the technical issues I'll consider trying it again. I do with we could access our old accounts as I had some really good limited edition stuff on it.

Let's hope this is a sign that Bend Studio will finally get to make the sequel we've all been asking for for the past 6-7 years. The Last of Us on PC port was a disaster and really turned a lot of people off. Hopefully they don't make that mistake with TLOU2, but I fully expect they too as Sony rarely learns from its mistakes.
