I think the author of this piece doesn't understand that anger and love aren't the only emotions to exist.

Author has no clue how the game works and the real reason shadow heart lacks in combat.

1 attack rolls for weapons are 1d20+strength or dexterity depending on weapon type. +proficiency.

This means that if shadowheart in her origin class has lower attack than dexterity she should wield a staff or finesse weapons or primarily use bows to attack.

The attack roll is not DAMAGE.

Its sole purpose is determining of an attack will hit or miss.

It is calculated against the opponents Armor Class.

2 attackrolls for cantrips are different. If they don't specify a Stat next to the attack roll icon at the bottom of the popup, they will use the Stat of your build and if you multiclassed, your last levels build.

Here's why shadowheart misses her cantrip=

firebolt, the cantrip that gave shadowheart the notorious meme of never hitting... While it gets the same 1d20 dice, it specifies INT as the Stat it uses, shadowheart doesn't have high INT and clerics dont use INT anyway.

This means she has no modifier and proficiency bonus on top of the 1d20 dice and so even a creature with just 15 AC is tough to hit for her.

3 why is shadowheart respecced so much?

She has the biggest story and alot of interactions even with other companions.

She also doesn't need her healing spells for anyone that checks crates and buys every potion sold by traders. This saves her spells lots and even saves actions during combat because potions can be throw or even dropped and dragged onto a fire or other damaging source to heal in combat without expending actions or bonus actions.

So many people with experience in the game no longer need a healer.

There's other reasons too, but this rant was long enough

Temple of bhaal is one of the first things i did in act 3, after slaying the whole temple of bhaal i thought i was done with these annoying sanctuary and 3x unstoppable nutbags turning invisible off a bonus action after attacking twice...... Turns out they are tied into 4-5 other sidequests and all over the city.

They basically run the whole underground.

Trevor... Ur naming a whole bunch of stuff that Gohan did during Dbz.

At the end of Dbz he was stronger than ssj3... That was his peak..

Ssj3 had a serious time limit, ssj4 is stronger, ssjg is stronger than that ssj blue is stronger than that, kaioken ssj blue is stronger than that, ultra instinct is stronger than that.

So goku was 4 to 5 transformations ahead of Gohan.

We all know each of gokus transformations was between 3x and 10x of a lvl up.. Not just a 30% increase.

So ur telling us you think it's OK that Gohan at minimum got 30x stronger and can now beat a god of destruction.....

Let's give krillin an increase even greater than that and see him send vegeta flying, would be fun.

You could claim since he's been fighting with them all this time it would make sense!
