Well, honestly Solo Leveling is a really great anime. It's peak and it deserves the attention it's getting, but when it comes to plot then Apothecary Diaries has the win.

If we talk about comedy then it's totally Dandadan also the action in it is almost as good as Solo Leveling.

Tampons Original Sin is also amazing, and though I haven't watched the Fragrant Flowers it'll probably be nice.

The one I really like is actually Kaiju no 8; although it's not here, the plot is pretty basic but the way the mc is actually trying to get stronger in his human form and not just relying on his Kaiju is nice to me. Although only season 1 is out right now and I don't know if it'll be like that in the future, I do hope they won't change that about him
