How can you say Loki has eaten a fruit when we still have no idea if he had actually eaten it. From the Panel where we see the person take the D.F. It was clearly someone who was much smaller than any giant, or even giant child. It would seem that Loki has a born power rather than a D.F. And that the Legendary Fruit was Luffy's D.F. And was stolen by the W.G. Before Shanks takes from CP-0.
