You can't forget the Logia Thunder fruit though; in terms of potential to destroy the world, I'd say it's even above the Shock fruit.

1) It helps expand your Observation Haki range to a very huge distance

2) It's absolute speed is only slower than the Glint fruit of Kizaru

3) It's destructive power is only lesser than the Lava fruit in Logia

4) It can have control abilities too by paralysis

5) It's a Logia, and in its awakened form could give the user to use that speed for days

All this means they can get to anywhere, awaken the fruit, and bombard the island with billion-volt lightings without stopping, destroying the island, from outside any observation haki range. Or they can simple cover the entire island in lightning at all times until your haki does out while munching on cookies from outside your range so they might not even go after you in the right direction.

Then there's Sengoku's Buddha fruit which increases strength, resilience and IQ by a massive level. Imagine if Beckman ate it; I would never want to be his opponent. And the sand fruit, which would literally just dry out all the moisture in the air and just keep running in the Logia form till the opponent doesn't get water to drink.

It all depends on who uses it and properly, like the Sweet fruit.
