This game is one of my favorites of all-time already. I want more of it. So much more! I've had it for maybe a week and I've put 35+ hours into it and I am not even close to being sick of it.

The flash bangs causing the "Friendly Fire Penalty" one had costed me so many S-Rankings causing me to restart the whole level.

Honestly, I thought this was intentional on the game's behalf. I just started to make sure I wasn't throwing flash grenades anywhere near my squad mates.

No, it is "bombing" as it's not scoring the product as a whole, it's specifically reacting to a recent change.

No one is saying they can't be upset with the decision to change certain content but there's a much better way to go about voicing their displeasure.

Man, people are so freaking lame these days. Don't like a certain change on a game you love? Just leave an exaggerated, bitter review so the devs hard at work trying to expand their player-base have even more non-sense to deal with while gearing up for the console release that could make or break their careers.

People need to grow up and quit acting like entitled bratty children. If you take just a moment to think about the logic behind these changes, anyone with two working braincells could figure out that these changes are necessary to meet the ESRB guidelines so the game isn't blacklisted for having an "Adults Only" rating.

While I do own the Xbox One Remaster already, I'll be glad to buy this on my PS5 for the first time for a Gears game literally ever. I remember when the original game came out for Xbox 360, I was absolutely addicted to it for several years. Assuming all the maps will return, I can't wait to play on War Machine, Canals, Gridlock, and Garden.

See, I like the concept of this feature but I think the execution leaves something to be desired as I think they're focused on the wrong area when a player returns to a game after a sizeable break. Instead of just making us go through early-game tutorial prompts again, I think they should create a "Here's a recap of the story so far in case you forgot" type of deal. I think Until Dawn had a mechanic like this and I know Control and the Alan Wake games did this (always love how Remedy makes sure the player doesn't lose the agency of the story in their most recent releases.

As a console player, I would absolutely LOVE if we got an update through DLC of a patch that would allow us to buy and customize a house (or two... Or three... Heh.) And maybe introduce a few new miscellaneous items that you can place.

It would also be great to have loot display cases like Skyrim and Fallout games have where you can place weapons and armor. Obviously, that would have to change a lot of the way the mechanics work in this game but I think it would ensure that they always have a dedicated fan-base that comes back to update their homes.

Honestly though, any excuse to play this magnificent game is a good one. I was and still am blown away how I completely ignored the coverage of both the first game as well as the sequel before release and it took me a full month to check it out when I was desperately searching for something exciting to play.

And the special thing about this game is it scratches that "itch" in so many ways from combat to exploration to the actual main plot but it's also a very chill, cozy game if you want it to be. It's easily my favorite game that has come out in the last two or three years.

I'm a little bit out of the loop when it comes to films released in the last 2-3 years but I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed to hear that Death Stranding may get a major movie release as opposed to an episodic series as I would have thought it to be a better fit as a show. I mean, 90-120 minutes instead of 8-10 hour long episodes with the creative freedom to stretch and tell stories and really flesh them out feels like the better way to go, at least from where I'm standing.

But hey, I love Kojima and Death Stranding is probably among my top-10 favorite video games of all-time so i'll approach whatever we get with cautious optimism.

I wouldn't worry. I would have to think that Penta, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin (Motor City Machine Guns), Guilia, Stephanie Vaquer, and Jordynne Grace are essentially locks to make it in as DLC.

If those six superstars aren't in the Season Pass, I don't know what the Season Pass' big selling point would be. I'd even wager a guess and say with all the talk about a "TNA/IMPACT" Pack that it's extremely likely we see Joe Hendry included as well.

I think we'll see Silent Hill "f" (or whatever it ends up being called) release sometime in Q4-2025 as I think Konami will want to keep the momentum of the series going after the Silent Hill 2 remake shattered not only their own expectations but also players around the world.

I could see it being released in late October near Halloween this year.

I would snap these up in a second if they were made available. Silent Hill 2 has always been a staple as one of my favorite games of all-time but Bloober Team miraculously took that to a whole other level with the remake and I couldn't be more pleased.

It's such a bummer that GTA Online caused not only no single-player DLC for GTA5 but also likely for Red Dead Redemption 2.

I've never really bothered with GTA Online. Is it even worth it?
