Sure, but more players would probably have done evil playthroughs in general if there was actual content for them. As of right now, even after patch 7, I'm replaying to see if I can have a better experience as an evil protagonist, but I don't. Even inaction leads to good choices. Even though I want to play an evil story, there's no point in wasting 100 hours of my time when I'm going to get way less content than a good player would. All of this to say, of course 9/10 people did good playthroughs, evil ones suck.
