It's hard for games to get much visibility or publicity if they aren't on a major game store.
Real-Time Strategy Games That Don't Require Speed
I have a couple on this list(Dune, Northgard). And a few others I still want(They Are Billions, Cataclismo, Starship Troopers). Northgard is fun, but I feel like it lacks much depth. It didn't seem to have much replayability for me.
Sins of a Solar Empire (Rebellion & 2) is still one of my favorites I keep going back to. Great real-time space conquest game with epic battles.
Company of Heroes 3 isn't bad. I think the campaign is far more interesting than the skirmishes. It's a good WWII game with classic tactical ground combat. I like more battlefield awareness, so I'm not a big fan of the ridiculously close zoom distance, but there are mods to fix that.
Beyond All Reason is a great, free, open-source game like a modern Supreme Commander. It's a good mix of future robot units and large scale battles. It really deserves far more attention than it gets.
I don't think I'm a very frenetic RTS player, so I think all these could be considered "slower" games.
