Forgive me, but LARGE swaths of this list is simply wrong. Regice isn't even top 3 chen-pow is almost 10 spots beneath its worse counterpart wevile, and MANY other mon that are known to thrath the competive sceen are ranked belo the top 10. There was almost no research beyond looking at the stat spreads and it shows.
