I must agree shanks has strongest haki but I think if dead people are also included then joyboy is a beast. I mean that a small portion of guy's haki literally splitted skies alone, knocked many marines unconscious, most of all reverted elders back to their human forms and teleported them back to their room ans sent Imu shivers down the spine from egghead to Marejos. I absolutely agree shanks may be stronger current but I honestly myself believe Joyboy was the strongest haki guy. (It's my own opinion and many of you may believe shanks is stronger than him and i respect that but this is my honest thought)
