Okay, if you asked me what makes solo leveling so special, I would not be able to name anything other than good animation. Most anime beat solo leveling in literally every other aspect and SL is for people with the attention span of a goldfish and cannot appreciate the complexity and beauty of other anime such as One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Frieren, you name it.
uumanebs Yeah,the pacing is absolute crap, but you have to respect the fact that One piece is an anime that has been ongoing for over 20 years and is still at the top of its game. People will complain and they’ll lie, but numbers don’t. The truth is, one piece won the awards because more fans VOTED for it and it has over 500,000,000 copies of manga sold and you can’t argue against facts. One piece pacing is really bad, but it beats Solo leveling in literally every other aspect from world building to character development, and plot.
