Conan Exiles and V Rising are better games than most of your list. No Mans Sky desseves the number one spot and I know this is a very unpopular opinion but minecraft is just a ok game it's just popular and it scratches the creative itch. Also some of the games you listed aren't even open world. I know these game genres are starting to blur nowadays, but try to remember what the words open and world actually means.
Zelda ocarina of Time, Castlevania symphony of the night, Kotar 1&2, Jade Empire, Fable, Legend of Dragoon, Xenogears, Persona 3-5,, Deus Ex, Morrowind and Oblivion, Fallout 2, Vampire the Masquerade, Systemshock, Dragon Age Origins, Mass effect 2, Dragons Dogma, FF4-9 the list is endless however the list op posted is the same regurgitated games most articles talk about it's annoying and it shows how little amount of games they have played.
You know Cowboy Bebop is more related to the Mandalorian than it is too cyberpunk lol seriously I'm tired of people not understanding what makes something cyberpunk or a horror. I haven't seen all these shows, but Cowboy Bebop, Evangelion, and Trigun doesn't belong on this list or any other cyberpunk list. Simply having some cyberpunk elements doesn't make it a cyberpunk it's like calling Star Wars a fantasy cause it has knights and magic in it lol
