This is typical reddit moaning over a non-issue. Workshops remain unlocked, but you'll have to level them up again. This has been clearly stated for months, but people just keep latching on to "unlocked workshop stations" and ignoring the workshop under 'what will be reset'. When you first start, you have to unlock each work shop before you can begin to level it up. You don't ever have to do this again. You will have to level them up again.

Honestly, people like to piss and moan so much, they will pretend to not understand something just to have an excuse to piss and moan.

Feels like you've barely played the game. Flush is low hanging fruit, good for early blinds, but very rarely good enough to win. It's usually best to transition to two pair, full house, or straights to build a hand around (straight for example put paces flush with leveling, and jokers that give xMult for pair, two pair, and three of a kind would all trigger on a full house.) Flush is a losing strat.
