I dont think that luffy needs a new transformation but rather a upgraded version of gear 5 like a version that does not Drain his stamina and lifespan every time he has to fight for a longer period but i also think luffy has a lot of challenges to overcome before he can become King of the Pirates i think that luffy is nowhere near the level he needs to be to beat shanks imu and the 5 elders
