I mean most of these characters don't actually Hate Ichigo though? Aizen certainly doesn't, Ulquiorra doesn't hate anyone he's apathetic but was actually curious about Ichigo and Orihime, Ginjo was saved by Ichigo and understood by him, don't know where hate comes into it
