I agree, Garp can barely compete with Aokiji nowadays, the same guy who lost a leg in a ten days fight with Akainu, so yeah he pretty much clears

Old Garp isn’t the same as he was in his prime, man. Akainu’s at his peak right now with the magma fruit and insane durability, while Garp’s clearly slowed down with age. He still has crazy haki and strength, but against someone like Akainu, the younger and fresher top dog, it’s hard to see Garp coming out on top.
