I was, but not anymore. Been waiting for way too long, and the silence is deafening.

I was hyped for it. Was expecting it to be shown at award shows or Summer Games Fest, but every time, I was let down. Tried out their closed beta and without breaking NDA, I’m definitely not a fan of it. And I love oversaturated zombie co-op games.

They announced it way too early, delayed it at the last possible minute and announced it on their Discord server and Focus Together thing and not anywhere else. I’m done. If it does come out and if it’s good, I’m all for it. But now, I’d rather forget the game ever existed.

Currently waiting for Armor 2.0 to launch and I’ll get the game. With the new bugs introduced that prevents players from enjoying the game with the latest update, this “significantly lower investment” seems alarming.

I am worried it's being left by the wayside because of Space Marine 2. At this point, I fear Toxic Commando will not be as good as expected. We can only hope that is the case since Saber and Focus Interactive are insistent on the 2024 release date as evidenced by their new community website, Focus Together.

At this point, the only thing we can look forward to regarding Toxic Commando is a delay announcement by Saber/Focus since that is the most likely scenario.
