I reckon there will be some form of super training, most likely something similar to PLA. The rest I highly doubt as they weren't a feature of PLA (but I could be wrong)

I highly doubt they will have a national dex. They haven't had one since X/Y (BDSP notwithstanding as it was a remake of a game that had one)
