My main reason why Arc Raiders should have a PvE mode is because of the lore. The universe is built around people hiding underground to survive and raiding the surface of Speranza for supplies. That setup feels more like “humans vs the world” rather than “humans vs each other.”
It doesn’t really make sense that we’re supposed to kill each other above ground, then suddenly be allies again once we’re back underground. The tone feels inconsistent. If survival is the goal, PvE feels like a more natural fit for the story and world.
The PvP part honestly feels like an afterthought, added mainly to appeal to players who specifically want PvP, rather than something that fits organically into the game’s narrative.
