What's the point of removing glitches like this in a single player game?? Leave them for the players that don't have the time to sync hundreds of hours into a game and people that just want to be able to get through the game easily. Best thing about a glitch like this and a single player game is you don't have to use it. You think it's a problem just don't use it. It's that easy.
