Then its not an issue because i had the same theory but reversed. I thought better meant more damage, but they think better means less damage. Clearly its balanced then because im a bad player who cant kill anything or anyone, and they think that we would get a bonus if we were bad making us killers.
The real issue is actually the engine and how the game handles its priorities which leads to inconsistent TTK. Perhaps they should change engines in the next title or in the very least test and branch out. Maybe they can test what is changing priorities or making the TTK horribly inconsistent.
