I agree. *Once Human* is crazy with tree houses, restaurant themes, dark cyberpunk themes, full-glass malls, full gardens, outdoor patios, and the list grows with each patch. It's IMO become the pinnacle of building in an open-world game. I really only play now for building because it's so in-depth. The base clone system is also light-years ahead of the competition.

All that being said, Dune building is way better than expected, but will have limitations because of the lore and environment. If Once Human didn't exist, I think Dune could have taken the crown.
