The problem about continuous overworlds interiors is that it means less items as clutter and not full houses or dungeons because the game will have to load and render them.
I rather have the loading screen whit detailed intiriors whit clutter and be able to fully explore houses whit not having decorating fake doors that we can't enter.
Beside that,separate interiors have been part of the franchise since the begining.
