See AllWorld's Greatest Anime Of All Time Has Officially Been Revealed, And Solo Leveling Has Been Beaten
Bc people don’t like watching 12 episodes of every character saying the exact same thing at the end of every arc ala One Piece.
People pretending they enjoyed 6 episodes of Goku powering up a spirit bomb today after whining about it for a decade need to sit tf down and shut it. It’s not a virtue to waste HOURS of your lives to see the big attack while sitting through hours of mental exposition from the character. It doesn’t make you an anime connoisseur. It means the anime is crap bc it can’t inform you of those details without wasting your time. It’s bad writing, bad pacing, bad editing and lazy af.
What other show requires you to sit through 100 episodes at a time that everyone admits are bad? Ya. I’ve watched 500 or so episodes of One Piece and maybe AN HOUR was worth being turned into an anime. 20 episodes for someone to run 500ft is fucking ridiculous. I can’t care about the characters bc EVERYTHING is dragged out beyond anything remotely reasonable. If I watch something, I want to be entertained. Not feel like I’m grading some elementary schoolers first comic book. And that’s an insult to 80% of elementary school kids.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard Snags Game of the Year Award
So an awards show that absolutely no one cares about, that represents absolutely no one due to their divisive rhetoric, gave a terrible game some awards that are already forgotten. This is like the ADL giving out awards and you pretending to care when even the people the ADL represents loathe the ADL.
'Solo Leveling Fans Are Insecure': Lord of Mysteries Is Being Review Bombed
That’s not a review bomb, that’s a review. After 3 episodes a show sucks, guess what, that means those episodes suck and it’s lost a huge portion of the potential audience. 3 episodes is literally my outside limit for what I’ll give a new anime before moving on. Most get 2 from me. There is too much content being produced for me to waste the time I have on a show that can’t catch or keep my interest.
And there has never been a single anime I’ve liked that hasn’t had me hooked by the end of ep2. Meaning that 3rd episode has never been necessary., even when given.
Avowed Mysteriously Disappears From Steam Player Libraries
So the company hopes to purge any unsavory comments created by the pre-launch announcements. It's not surprising. Remember, this is a MS studio now. This is only a slight shift from what they had happen with Bethesda, where they just told players their opinions were wrong or they were playing the game wrong.
There's a reason the term toxic positivity has become synonymous with the AAA gaming industry. Purging any and all negativity has, according to devs within the studio itself, been SOP for several years now. Don't like the agenda? Fired. Don't like your art lead openly stating he's only looking to hire minorities? Fired. Tired of having to carry several others weight due to nepotism or a suddenly new identity? Fired. There's a reason why the devs within the company say there are only two types of people left in the studio. Those who are indoctrinated and those who haven't built enough of a name yet to be able to easily get a job elsewhere.
There's s reason why studios used to have 90-95% holdover between launches and now they have 90-95% turnover between launches.
Naughty Dog Artist's Interpretation of Stellar Blade's Eve Draws Backlash
It's not a fictional woman, though. That's a real woman scanned in by a Korean dev team, interpreted by a Western dev at a time where Western devs are being criticized for making all female characters ugly. When you consider this is a real life woman, it's really insulting that the 'artist' thought that was good enough.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s Scrapped DLC is a Double-Edged Sword for a Beloved Character
It won't come any sooner, honestly. Dlc like this require minimal effort. It's why devs milk out dlc for at least a year if not 2 or even 3. The heavy lifting is already done. Most of what you might use are assets/resources that weren't ready for the main games release. Or were content that ended up being cut.
Let's be very real here, every team isn't working simultaneously on the game. Game production is something which is infuriatingly inefficient as someone who was forced into a job where I made production processes more efficient as my primary job duty.
And unless the those team members who are going to be riding their thumbs or might be laid off are instead working on something like another Octopath game, they'd be better off making dlc for everyone's sake.
