The tour pass will be extremely easy to level as all relevant rewards are unlocked at level 100. That's only 1000 catches over a two day event. Bear in mind that it's possible to do 500 catches in an hour. Not to mention every legendary catch is a full level, and we are given plenty of those opportunities as well.
