But as we know Oda always want to show that the pirates are fully independent on themselves he is not mothers because they will be a weak point for their children if he ever meant to show luffy's mother than there must be a hint of her in very starting of the anime
I think so that luffy's mother can show up in final saga I think there is a high possibility of her to be shown up after final saga as a side character 🤔, Or she could be a very important character as she will be stronger than some straw hats (my prediction only)
