There was a time when we never got anime adaptations we wanted. There was a time when anime barely made it to the finish line of it's story arc. I'm only pointing this out because I feel like now that we get amazing quality anime that lasts the whole season regularly we now just WHINE about the simplest stuff. I'll be the first to say I loved the webtoon for what it was, it's not breaking the mold. Can you guys waste my time on better opinion pieces...
I have the say my biggest issue with this series as it's getting animated is how there rushing through all the questionable actions jinwoo did as he's getting corrupted. Which makes this moment so big because he finally gets what he's always wanted but still was able to feel anything despite his growing worry that he's gone past the point of no return.
This was conveyed well in the story and is kinda getting cartoony or completely brushed past in the current anime.
This is your typical power fantasy but for something that's already completed in a different media you would think they could pace this story better...
